What exactly do I receive?
A print-ready A4 PDF of the personalised book, sent as a download immediately after payment. The same file is emailed to the address you used at checkout. No physical book is shipped.
What does personalisation change?
The child’s name, the pronoun used in the story and an optional dedication. The illustrations are the same for every child — we do not redraw the character to look like them.
Can I see the whole book before paying?
Yes. The reader opens every spread with your child’s name applied. Nothing is charged until you choose to buy.
How long is the download link valid?
72 hours. You can request a fresh link from the resend page using the same email address.
What if the file is wrong or won’t open?
Write to [email protected] with the order number. We fix or regenerate the file, or refund it if we cannot.
Do you store my child’s name?
Only inside the order record needed to produce and resend the file. We do not create child accounts, and analytics never receives names or dedications.
