Refunds

Digital books are produced per order. If a file is corrupted, does not match the preview, or never arrives, we regenerate it first; if that fails, we refund the order in full.

Because the file is delivered instantly, change-of-mind refunds are handled case by case within 14 days, provided the download has not been used. This does not limit statutory rights that apply in your country.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with the order number and a one-line description of the problem. We reply within one working day.
