Shipping Policy (Delivery)

  • Costs : Free delivery in mainland France on all orders.
  • Delivery time : 2 to 5 working days (24–48 hours preparation + transport).
  • Carriers : [La Poste / Colis Privé…]
  • Order tracking : As soon as it is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link. You can also track your order directly on the Order Tracking page (menu > Order Tracking ) by entering your order number and the email address used for the purchase. It may take 24–48 hours after shipping for the tracking to be updated.
  • Change of address : write to us before shipping ; after this period, the address can no longer be changed.
  • Incorrect address / unclaimed package : if the package is returned to us, we will contact you to resend it.
  • Area served : Metropolitan France

Return Policy

  • Deadline : 30 days after receipt.
  • Condition of products : for hygiene reasons, only new, unopened and sealed products will be accepted, unless there is a proven defect.
  • Procedure : Write to us at tintiva.boutique@gmail.com with: order number, reason, photos if necessary. We will provide you with the return address and the label if applicable.
  • Return costs : covered by Tintiva
  • Refund : made within 5–10 working days after receipt and inspection, to the initial payment method.
  • Defective items / damaged package : report within 48 hours with photos; we will replace or refund.
